Barry Allen was killed in the crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths. Upon which Wally West took up the mantle of 'The Flash'. Upon his death he transcended into the Speed Force.
Yet somehow. Barry was able to return from the Speed Force. How? Well perhaps he used his TARDIS, because he was really the Rani.
